Curb Painting

Please be advised - recent flyers taped to mailboxes regarding the painting of numbers or lettering on the curb are not endorsed or affiliated with Saddlebrook or the Town of Collierville.  It is your choice to pay this company to paint a "non-required" number on your curb for an exorbitant price.
2016 HOA Board Members

The new 2016 Board nominees held their first meeting as required per our bylaws. A motion was made at the annual meeting to hold this required meeting immediately following the adjournment of the annual meeting.  Positions were voted upon and committees were assigned. The 2016 Board Members and their positions are as follows:
Michael Lewis - President
Dewana Gillenwater - Vice President 
Janice Sharpe-Lacy - Treasurer
Jaime Munz - Secretary
Directors -  Bill Allen, Anand Andrew, Lindsey Mackey, Evelyn Tyler

Letters being received from " The concerned home owners"

We are receiving numerous inquiries about letters being left in mailboxes from "The concerned home owners". Let it be known that these letters DO NOT come from Saddlebrook HOA. The actions of the person(s) delivering these letters is not condoned by Saddlebrook HOA.
All mailings and communications from the Saddlebrook HOA will be stamped or metered mail and include a name and contact info. Digital communications will include a name. This is a serious matter. It is also a violation of Federal Law and USPS Postal regulations. Saddlebrook HOA encourages you to disregard these letters and to report any further info you may have regarding the origin of these letters or the person(s) delivering these letters. 
Trash cans in plain view.

Dear Association Members,
            The HOA Board is receiving numerous complaints about trash cans being stored in plain view on non-trash pick-up days. Your attention to this rectifying this matter is greatly appreciated.  We realize that some of you may not be aware of this restriction and are posting this notification.
Trashcans are required to be stored so as not to be seen from the street or drives.  We request you place your trashcan inside the garage, behind the fence line or use adequate plantings/screening.  Trashcans are allowed to be put out as soon as the evening before trash collection and are to be put away as soon as practical the same day of trash collection.

Please refer to: 

           All equipment, garbage cans, service yards, wood piles or storage piles shall be kept
 screened by adequate planting or fencing so as to conceal them from view of the drives and street. All rubbish, trash, or garbage shall be regularly removed from the premises and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon.

Before starting an outdoor project or making any exterior home improvements please consult the Architectural Guide located in the Documents section of the Saddlebrook HOA website. In addition, consult Collierville City Code for required permits, etc. Your cooperation helps ensure property values are protected and is greatly appreciated.
