2015 Annual HOA Meeting
Posted on Feb 1st, 2015
Dear Association Members,
Once again, it’s time for the Annual HOA meeting, Election of the 2015 Board and your HOA dues. The Annual HOA meeting will be held at Collierville Church of Christ on Tuesday, March 3rd at 7:00pm. The Church is located at 575 Shelton Road.
All homeowners are cordially invited and encouraged to attend. Please note that some current Board members will be unable to serve during 2015.  We strongly urge you to consider a position on the Board.  In the event that Board positions remain unfilled, Association management will be outsourced to a formal management company, resulting in a potential increase in operating expenses and HOA dues. The Board has voted to keep the annual dues at $120 for 2015. The annual dues are due by March 1, 2015. All homeowners should have received a mailing with the information and a return envelope. Please mail your annual dues and information card to:

Trash cans in plain view.
Posted on Mar 29th, 2014

Dear Association Members,
The HOA Board is receiving numerous complaints about trash cans being stored in plain view on non-trash pick-up days. Your attention to this rectifying this matter is greatly appreciated.  We realize that some of you may not be aware of this restriction and are posting this notification.
Trashcans are required to be stored so as not to be seen from the street or drives.  We request you place your trashcan inside the garage, behind the fence line or use adequate plantings/screening.  Trashcans are allowed to be put out as soon as the evening before trash collection and are to be put away as soon as practical the same day of trash collection.

Please refer to:

All equipment, garbage cans, service yards, wood piles or storage piles shall be kept
screened by adequate planting or fencing so as to conceal them from view of the drives and street. All rubbish, trash, or garbage shall be regularly removed from the premises and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon.
Thank you for your cooperation

Alert Collierville
Posted on Apr 25th, 2011
While this year has been mild, we have had pretty active storm seasons in the past. Alert Collierville is a great service provided by the Town of Collierville to alert its residents. It is able to send telephone notifications to residents and businesses within the corporate limits of Collierville impacted by, or in danger of being impacted by, an emergency or disaster.
If you haven't already done so and wish to join this service, please visit the following website to receive these notifications.
